For me, before I know and understand about social media advertising, I just know that there is a lot of advertisement exist on social media, especially Facebook and Youtube. I use Facebook and YouTube frequently and every time I watch the video, movie or drama, there is always advertisement exist in there. I am sure that you have the same occasion happened to like me.

Social media advertising is a category of digital advertising that places ads on social networking sites. Its also used to describe online advertising which is paid efforts. Social media combines current targeting option such as behavioral targeting, geotargeting and socio-psychographic targeting, this is to make detailed target group identification possible. Besides, advertisements are distributed to users based on information gathered from target group profiles. There is one of the major benefits of advertising on social networking site such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are that advertisers can take advantage of the users target their ads correctly and demographic information.

You sure curious about the discrepancy of prices right? This is because it's just convenient and faster to advertise online. You can have your advertisement broadcasted out to people by just a few clicks. if the more traditional print methods like newspapers, its take time and have cost for people because it has to be physically delivered to the consumer.
